Our Secure Dental membership plan is a subscription based dental care plan for patients without dental insurance. Our aim is to provide a membership plan for uninsured patients at an affordable price. Our membership includes dental exams, x-rays, cleanings and more, along with a discount for any dental work needed. Secure Dental aim is to provide you and your family with seamless access to quality dental care. To make this option as affordable as possible for our patients we have broken the membership up into manageable payment options.
When you arrive at our dentist office in Portage, IN, you will be greeted by our welcoming front desk team who will check you in. During check-in, we will verify your insurance information, notify our team of your arrival, and guide you through finishing any new patient forms. To save time during your first visit, your forms will be sent via text for you to fill out before your appointment.
After you are checked in, our dental assistant team will call you back to a treatment room to review your dental history, and any dental health concerns or issues you may have. Our dental assistant will then take digital x-rays for the doctor to review.
