Our Secure Dental membership plan is a subscription based dental care plan for patients without dental insurance. Our aim is to provide a membership plan for uninsured patients at an affordable price. Our membership includes dental exams, x-rays, cleanings and more, along with a discount for any dental work needed. Secure Dental aim is to provide you and your family with seamless access to quality dental care. To make this option as affordable as possible for our patients we have broken the membership up into manageable payment options.
When you arrive at our dentist office in East Peoria, IL, you will be greeted by our welcoming front desk team who will check you in. During check-in, we will verify your insurance information, notify our team of your arrival, and guide you through finishing any new patient forms. To save time during your first visit, your forms will be sent via text for you to fill out before your appointment.
After you are checked in, our dental assistant team will call you back to a treatment room to review your dental history, and any dental health concerns or issues you may have. Our dental assistant will then take digital x-rays for the doctor to review.

We accept a variety of dental insurance plans (including those listed below) to meet your needs. Our friendly team will be more than happy to assist you with understanding your coverage.
We are happy to provide information on our financing options if you don’t have dental insurance. Our financing options include LendingClub, Proceed Finance, and Sunbit.
Dr. Kwang Lim Lee (Dr. Kevin Lee) is a dentist at Secure Dental’s East Peoria office and has been there for 1 year. He attended New York University College of Dentistry, where he was admitted into the BA/DDS accelerated dental program. This program allowed him to finish both his Bachelor’s in Biology and Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 7 years, instead of the traditional 8+ years. After graduating, Dr. Lee received a certificate for completing a role as a provider in the Advanced Comprehensive Care Team at NYUCD. He has enrolled in and received various continuing education certificates in implant dentistry, third molar extraction, clear aligners, and sleep apnea. Outside of the office, Dr. Lee enjoys playing golf and hopes to travel to Pebble Beach soon to play a round there.
Dr. Seo Woo Choi (Dr. Sarah Choi) is a dedicated general dentist based in Secure Dental’s East Peoria office. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2022 from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Choi continues to educate herself in dentistry and has earned certificates in implant dentistry, third molar extraction, sleep apnea, and clear aligners. When she is not in the office, Dr. Choi spends her time expanding her Lego collection and tending to her plant, Greenie. The next place on her travel bucket list is Japan and hopes to vacation there soon.
