Dr. Kinjal Patel graduated from the Meharry School of Dentistry in 2024, after earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Long Island University at Brooklyn in 2017. She completed a prestigious one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) at Marshall Dentistry and Oral Surgery, further honing her clinical skills. An active member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Patel was honored with the International Student Award in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys cooking, exploring new foods, and spending time outdoors. Traveling to Switzerland is on her bucket list, and family remains her most cherished part of life.
Dr. Abdelrahman Sedik is a dedicated general dentist at Secure Dental in Murfreesboro, TN, committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through compassionate, high-quality dental care. He believes dentistry is about more than treating teeth—it’s about building lasting relationships and helping patients feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
Dr. Sedik earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Physiology from Middle Tennessee State University in 2019 before graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in 2026. His dedication to academic excellence earned him a place on the Dean’s List throughout all four years of dental school. He was also honored with the prestigious Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics (SEAP) Award in 2026, recognizing his outstanding achievement in restorative prosthodontics.
As a new member of the Secure Dental family, Dr. Sedik values the supportive culture, mentorship, and commitment to helping dentists continue to grow professionally. His favorite part of practicing dentistry is seeing the positive impact a healthy smile can have on a person’s confidence and developing long-term relationships with the patients he serves.
Outside the office, Dr. Sedik enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and discovering new restaurants. He looks forward to becoming a trusted dental provider for the Murfreesboro community and helping patients maintain healthy smiles for years to come.
